Profile
Mercy Udom is a Nigerian-born, South Africa-based Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, author and wellbeing educator. Her work is grounded in a simple conviction: health-supportive choices become sustainable only when they respect the full reality of a person's life - culture, family, work, identity, grief, ambition and change.
Mercy holds a BSc in Economics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, nutrition and health coaching certification, and the University of Adelaide's HumBio 101X human-biology credential. She is continuing a deliberate science-bridging pathway toward future formal study in dietetics. She is not currently a registered dietitian, and this platform never presents coaching as clinical care.
The private practice
One-to-one coaching and implementation support across home, office, hospitality and travel.
Nutrition continuity for founders and leaders whose schedules make consistency difficult.
A coherent household model for procurement, menus, culture and role-based coordination.
Itinerary-specific preparation for aviation, hotels, hospitality, arrival and re-entry.
Discretion. Personal information is collected sparingly and shared deliberately.
Cultural intelligence. African and global food traditions are treated as assets.
Evidence with humility. Authoritative guidance is respected and uncertainty is clear.
Lived practicality. Every recommendation must survive the diary, airport and dining table.

Professional scope
Mercy provides nutrition and health coaching for general wellbeing, education and behaviour change. She does not diagnose, prescribe, treat disease or replace a doctor or registered dietitian.
People with medical conditions, pregnancy, eating-disorder concerns, allergies, significant symptoms or complex dietary needs should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Urgent concerns should be directed to local emergency services.
Private introductions
Every engagement begins with a confidential scope discussion to establish fit, boundaries and the practical change the client wants to make.
